Rent – payable monthly in advance
Deposit – A deposit equal to five weeks rent will be paid at the start of the Tenancy. Deposit will be held with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
Holding Deposit - A holding deposit of up to one weeks rent is payable and will be held for up to fifteen days.
Insurance – Tredinnick and Bower advise that a contents insurance policy is taken out to cover personal possessions and also to include accidental damage cover for the Landlords possessions.
