LETTINGS AND MANAGEMENT

In addition to our experienced sales team, we have a Lettings and Management department dealing with properties throughout the TW12, KT8 and surrounding postcodes.

This department is run by Pat Ratcliffe and Sarah Goshawk both with many years experience in the Lettings Industry. We have an extensive portfolio of managed properties and are able to offer expert advice for both landlords and tenants alike, in all aspects of the rental market.

Tenants Information

Rent – payable monthly in advance

Deposit  – A deposit equal to five weeks rent will be paid at the start of the Tenancy. Deposit will be held with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.

Holding Deposit - A holding deposit of up to one weeks rent is payable and will be held for up to fifteen days.

Insurance – Tredinnick and Bower advise that a contents insurance policy is taken out to cover personal possessions and also to include accidental damage cover for the Landlords possessions.
